2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the 360 Library Manager service — including seat management, fee tracking, and student admissions. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for product analytics.

3. Data Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted by role-based security rules. We perform regular security audits to ensure your data is protected.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
